As we near the 2018 Nationals, a part of the RQYS Manly Summer of Sailing, the entrant count has increased to 156, with a mix of competitors in the Laser 4.7, Radial and Standard fleets at this point, and anticipate that we will receive more in the coming weeks.
we urge Laser sailors who’ve not yet entered but anticipate on competing, to do so quickly, as late entry closes on 23 December 2017 at 13:00, as per the Notice of Race. The Manly Summer of Sailing Handbook on the RQYS Manly Summer of Sailing webpage specifies the designated rigging lawn/s, launching ramps, support/coach boat berthing areas and drop-off areas for boats and trailers, for the Lasers, so be sure to read this prior to arriving at RQYS. Entrants will also receive an email detailing these areas and important information from both QLA and RQYS.
Competitors with families/partners attending with them are also encouraged to pre-purchase tickets to the sit-down dinner Closing Ceremony on 4 January 2018, for non-competitors.
